Return & Refund Policy (Print-On-Demand)

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jv@jvthundercat.com with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

  • a brief description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • normal wear and tear

  • minor print variations or color differences due to screen settings

  • sale items or gift cards

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
